Apartment and MDU availability

If you’re in an apartment building that is not serviced and is at least 3 stories tall, and willing to work with your landlord to get NOLA Broadband in your building, please reach out via our contact page and we will assist you.

Bronze (Apts) is for NOLA Broadband serviced apartments only. Other properties may qualify for Silver and above after a coverage check and site survey.

Install & equipment

Installation and equipment

For wireless, we mount an antenna (usually on the roof), run Ethernet inside, and connect your router. Installs typically take 2-3 hours; someone 18 or older must be home. We aim for within 7 business days, weather permitting.

In most cases we provide the radio at no cost; it remains NOLA Broadband property. We prefer our router so we can troubleshoot remotely. Optional mesh nodes are $50 each.
